Diamond & Pearl Lost Tower
The Lost Tower rises beside Route 209, a quiet memorial where trainers climb to honor Pokemon that have passed. Fog and hush thicken floor by floor toward the top.
Lost Tower is in Sinnoh. In the story you arrive from Route 209 to the south and it comes before Solaceon Town.

Lost Tower Guide
The top floor of the Lost Tower on Route 209 hands you a Cleanse Tag and HM04 Strength from the NPCs up there. The five-floor tower is a resting place for departed Pokemon, and its halls are thick with Gastly, Zubat, and Golbat, with Gastly the only true Ghost-type among them. At night the version-exclusive slot fills with Murkrow in Diamond and Misdreavus in Pearl.
