Platinum Ravaged Path

A short, boulder-choked cave punched through Route 204, sealed until Rock Smash opens it onto a still pool on the far side.

Ravaged Path is in Sinnoh. In the story you arrive from Route 204 to the south and it comes before Floaroma Town.

RAVAGED PATH MAP

One Rock Smash boulder blocks the short cave that joins Route 204 east to west, the single obstacle between its two ends.

Pokemon Encounters

A short cave holding only Zubat in the dark and Psyduck near the water at 35 percent, the latter a serviceable early Water-type if you passed on Piplup.
