Ash chokes the air on Route 227, a volcanic track of bare rock from the Survival Area up to Stark Mountain. Cinders drift as the path nears the dormant peak.

Route 227 is in Sinnoh. In the story you arrive from Route 226 to the south and continue north to Stark Mountain.
