Platinum Sunyshore City
Sunyshore runs on sunlight, its walkways tiled with solar panels, the last city before the League. Volkner, bored stiff for lack of challengers, guards the Electric-type gym down by the water.
Sunyshore City is in Sinnoh. In the story you arrive from Route 222 to the west and continue north to Route 223.
