Platinum Route 223
Nothing but sea lies between Sunyshore and Victory Road, and Route 223 surfs the swells past sailors until the League cliffs rise ahead.
Route 223 is in Sinnoh, with Fight Area to the north and Victory Road to the north. In the story you arrive from Sunyshore City to the south and it comes before Pokémon League.

Route 223 is one long Surf north, threading between small islands toward the League with no Waterfall to climb, only open water start to finish.
Pokemon Encounters
All open sea on the climb to the League, and the rods do the work. Wailmer breaches the Super Rod line at 40 percent with the rare Wailord behind it, while Mantyke glides across the surf at 10 percent.
