Platinum Roaming Sinnoh
This is no place at all, just a chase across the whole region. Mesprit and Cresselia bolt to wander Sinnoh, and once the National Dex opens, the three legendary birds join the hunt.
Roaming Sinnoh is in Sinnoh. In the story it comes after Sunyshore City and before Route 223.

Pokemon Encounters
Five legends wander Sinnoh rather than sit still. Mesprit and Cresselia circle at level 50, and in the post-game the three Kanto birds Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres join them at level 60. Each shows at 1 percent, so a tracker and a fast Pokemon save hours.
