Diamond & Pearl Route 205
Gloomy Eterna Forest splits Route 205 in two on the way to Eterna City. Floaroma's fields give over to riverbank before the canopy swallows the road.
Route 205 is in Sinnoh, with Eterna Forest to the north, Eterna City to the east, and Fuego Ironworks to the west. In the story you arrive from Floaroma Town to the west and continue east to Valley Windworks.

Route 205 comes in two halves with Eterna Forest wedged between them. The northern stretch is cut by a river, so Surf is the only way across to the ironworks beyond.
Pokemon Encounters
The river route splits its catches between grass and water, Buizel at 35 percent and Shellos along the banks. Honey trees add the usual slate, and the Pokeradar swaps Skiploom into Diamond for Slowpoke in Pearl.
