How to Get Jirachi in Emerald
Jirachi has no in-game encounter in Emerald. The wish maker only ever came from special events, like the 10th Anniversary distribution, and those promotions have long since ended. Adding one to an Emerald team now means trading it in from another save.
Jirachi is not available as a wild encounter in this game.
Distributed via 10th Anniversary event 2006 (Emerald-compatible). Pokemon Channel and Pokemon Colosseum bonus discs distributed Jirachi to Ruby/Sapphire only (NOT Emerald). All distributions discontinued.
Also Obtainable In:
Pokemon transfers only go forward through generations, never backward. Direct cross-gen trades aren't supported.
How to Get Shiny Jirachi in Emerald
Jirachi cannot be found in Emerald at all, so a shiny must come from the Pokemon Colosseum bonus disc that first distributed it, then ride over by trade. There is no way to hunt one inside the game itself. See every game where Shiny Jirachi can be hunted

Does Not EvolveJirachi Weakness
Fire and Ground moves hit Jirachi for super-effective damage. The upside? Poison-type moves can't touch it at all. With 8 resistances, the defensive profile is strong. Jirachi's overall bulk (100/100/100) lets it take a hit or two from most weaknesses before going down.
| Damage | Types |

- Dark and Steel types added — Fairy does not exist yet
- Moves are Physical or Special based on type, not per move
