The Zelda Tears of the Kingdom Molduga is a Mini Boss found in the Gerudo Desert areas of the map. The Molduga Boss will drop Molduga Fin, Molduga Jaw, Molduga Guts.

Description: This massive monster swims beneath the desert's sand. It spends most of its time submerged, but if it senses sound, it will breach the surface to feast on whatever it can grab. Running around carelessly can be dangerous if you suspect there may be one in the area.

How the EXP System Works in TotK

Moldugas are massive sand-dwelling mini-bosses that are found in the Gerudo Desert. This creature can be incredibly deadly to anyone unprepared and so, before engaging it's best to stock up on plenty of healing items, weapons, Hearts and, strong armor. We recommend getting plenty of Arrows and Bomb Flowers before we begin. In this guide, we will explain how to beat the Molduga and what attacks it can use. When first encountering a Molduga, you will most likely find it burrowing through the sand somewhere in the Gerudo Desert. The Molduga is very fast and it can be somewhat difficult to escape on foot so it is best to keep an eye out on your surroundings while exploring. Before engaging a Molduga, remember there is more than one way to fight a Molduga and this is simply just one of the ways to do it. We recommend finding solid ground such as some ruins or a rock. You can fight the Molduga similarly to how you could in Breath of The Wild- first, you toss an item onto the sand, such as an apple. This will get the Molduga's attention if it isn't too far away. Once it comes to investigate, it will jump up out of the sand- eating the apple. When this happens, you can stun it by shooting it with a Bomb Arrow, this will cause it to drop to the ground where you can now attack it with your strongest weapons. Don't stay close for too long, as this will cause it to do a spin, knocking you back and doing tons of damage. You can repeat this until you defeat it, so once again, make sure you have enough Arrows and Bomb Flowers.
