Cyclizar Weakness
Cyclizar's Dragon/Normal typing leaves it vulnerable to Ice, Fighting, Dragon, and Fairy. It shrugs off Ghost-type attacks completely. 4 resistances help offset the weaknesses. Cyclizar leans offensive (base 95 Atk) rather than trying to tank its weaknesses.

Base Stats
The stat budget goes to damage. Speed and Attack carry the offense, Defense doesn't even come close. A Mount Pokemon on a 1.06M XP medium-slow curve, worth 2 Speed EVs per KO.
Apparently Cyclizar has been allowing people to ride on its back since ancient times. Depictions of this have been found in 10,000-year-old murals.
Cyclizar Guide
Regenerator changes the entire equation for Cyclizar. The 501 BST doesn't tell the full story. Ranked B-Tier as a pivot.
Regenerator is what you want on Cyclizar. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Shed Skin) work on paper but Regenerator is what makes Cyclizar worth using.
Base 121 Speed lets it outrun most of the field. On offense, Cyclizar is a mixed attacker with base 95 Attack and 85 Sp. Atk. Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two. Best used as a pivot.
Run Rapid Spin, U Turn, Knock Off, and Draco Meteor on Cyclizar. Rapid Spin is the most common pick at 0% usage. This set covers the pivot role with a mix of damage and utility.
