WoW Forever's dungeons cover levels 13 to 60, and the new ones turn long-discussed places of the original world, such as the Ruins of Lordaeron above the Undercity, into dungeons.

WoW Forever dungeons by level
Ragefire Chasm in Orgrimmar is the first returning dungeon by level, and Blackrock Depths has the most bosses.
New The new dungeons run from the Hall of Thanes at the low end to The Shaper's Terrace at the top, and the City of Dalaran asks for a Kirin Tor attunement first.

“Azeroth has no shortage of danger waiting for you, including nine new dungeons that bring long-discussed places in the original world to life. You’ll venture into the Hall of Thanes beneath Ironforge, the Ruins of Lordaeron, a mysterious excavation site above Whelgar’s Excavation, the chaotic City of Dalaran, Blackmaw Hold, the Drowned City, Krol’dok Stronghold, Alcaz Prison, and the Shaper’s Terrace.”
