Ruby & Sapphire Route 113
Volcanic ash drifts down like gray snow here, blown off Mt. Chimney and piling deep in the grass. The Glass Workshop at the east end turns gathered ash into flutes and trinkets.
Route 113 is in Hoenn, with Route 111 to the east. In the story it comes after Fiery Path and continues west to Fallarbor Town.

Pokemon Encounters
Route 113's ash-dusted grass is mostly Spinda's wobble and Sandshrew, but Skarmory at 5 percent is the catch to chase, a Steel and Flying wall that is hard to find this early.

Route 113 Guide
Several routes do. Ruby drops Seedot and Zangoose into slots where Sapphire gives you Lotad and Seviper, and the caves split Mawile against Sableye. Check the version column before you spend an hour hunting something your copy can't catch. The rest of the species are shared.
Reach for the Super Rod on most routes, but two of Hoenn's prize catches ignore rods altogether. Feebas only bites on six hidden tiles of Route 119, and Relicanth comes from diving the seaweed off Routes 124 and 126, not from any rod. For the rest, the Super Rod pulls the deep-water species the Old and Good Rods can't reach.
