World of Warcraft Classic Priest Builds List

Welcome to our World of Warcraft Classic Priest Builds List. We explain a little bit about each spec Holy, Shadow and Discipline and provide an image of the recommended Talent Build Skill Tree. There is a link below that will take you to the more complete build where you can find Gear Stats you should get and other useful information about that spec.

Best Priest Race

Since each race will get 2 unique priest spells, this will affect how we determine the Best Race. As you might expect when it comes to PVP Undead for Horde and the Dwarves for Alliance are best. If you only plan to do PVE Dungeons and Raids you will likely find that Humans for alliance and Troll for Horde are a better choice.

Best Priest Spec

Often considered one the best Healing Classes in Wow Classic you might expect we would rank Holy highly. Most Raids will have an absolute need for a Holy Spec Priest and this spec can even do well in PVP Battlegrounds when healing the Flag Runner. When it comes to PVP DPS for sure you will want either Shadow or Discipline, both are quite fun and offer their own playstyle to go along with it.

World of Warcraft Classic Best Priest Build

Shadow Priest Build

This is common PVP spec for Priest and does well in both Battlegrounds and Dungeons/Raids, we think if you want to DPS and do both PVP and PVE content in WoW Classic this is a good choice for those players.

Strengths – [Good PVP and PVE Spec] – [Can Self-Heal] – [Useful Party Auras]
Priest Shadow Builds

Discipline Priest Build

This is another spec that can do both PVP and PVE fairly well, however, we recommend using this for PVP as a DPS that can off-heal teammates. This spec can do pretty good Burst Damage will have an easier time staying alive than its Shadow counterpart.

Priest Discipline Builds

PVP Holy Priest

Most players consider this to be one of, if not the best Healing Spec/Class in WoW Classic. You cant go wrong with a priest if playing a healer is your playstyle as they always welcome in any Raid/Dungeons and even perform well in PVP Battlegrounds for pocket healing Flag Runners.
