Quilladin Weakness
Quilladin's Grass typing leaves it vulnerable to Fire, Ice, Poison, Flying, and Bug. It resists 4 types, giving it decent defensive coverage. Quilladin's physical bulk (base 95 Def) helps cushion physical weakness hits, but special attackers are the bigger threat.

Base Stats
Quilladin's spread isn't flashy. Defense leads, Sp. Atk trails, 1 stats clear the bar. Tough to catch and worth 2 Defense EVs, on a 1.06M XP medium-slow curve.
They strengthen their lower bodies by running into one another. They are very kind and won’t start fights.
Quilladin Guide
Quilladin isn't fully evolved, so it's not built for competitive play. You'll want to evolve it into Chesnaught to unlock its full potential. At 405 BST, it's a stepping stone rather than a team anchor.
Overgrow strengthens grass moves to inflict 1.5× damage at 1/3 max HP or less. That's the one you want on Quilladin. Bulletproof is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses.
Quilladin fills the hazard setter role. It's a physical attacker with base 78 Attack. At base 57 Speed, it won't be moving first often. And it's enough bulk to take a hit or two.
Quilladin does the job early-game if you need a Grass type on your team. Evolve it into Chesnaught before the later gyms and it holds up fine through the story.
Game Availability
Introduced in X & Y, Quilladin has appeared in 6 games across 5 generations. Later debuts mean fewer total appearances, but it's been a consistent presence since its introduction.
