Yellow Rocket Hideout
Team Rocket's hideout beneath the Celadon Game Corner, where you first face Giovanni and claim the Silph Scope that unmasks Lavender Town's ghosts.
Rocket Hideout is in Kanto. In the story you arrive from Celadon City through its entrance and it comes before Pokémon Tower.
ROCKET HIDEOUT MAP
The hideout coils four levels under the Game Corner, where arrow tiles on B2F and B3F slide you along until a wall stops you. Its elevator down won't budge until the Lift Key turns up.

Rocket Hideout Guide
They're back for round two here. The duo battles inside with Ekans, Koffing, and Meowth around level 25, a clear step up from their weaker Mt. Moon team. Catching them mid-heist is part of the running Team Rocket story Yellow tells and Red and Blue don't.
