Lileep is a Root Fossil revival, but the fossil itself is only findable in Hoenn. Mirage Tower and Desert Underpass supply Root Fossils in Ruby/Sapphire, so trading a Lileep from Hoenn is the FRLG path.

Don't skip the egg moves. Lileep picks up Barrier and Mirror Coat only through breeding, and both fill gaps the natural movepool can't. STAB runs through Solar Beam and Giga Drain while Ghost and Normal coverage and more adds range.
