How to Get Feebas in FireRed & LeafGreen
Feebas is one of the hardest Pokemon to find in all of Gen 3. Six specific Route 119 tiles per save file hold it, but only in Hoenn games. FRLG has zero fishing spots.

Feebas Weakness
Electric and Grass moves hit Feebas for super-effective damage. 4 resistances help offset the weaknesses. Feebas's special bulk (base 55 Sp.Def) helps absorb special-type weaknesses, though physical moves exploit the lower Defense.
| Damage | Types |
|---|---|
| 2x (Weak) | Electric, Grass |
| 0.5x (Resist) | Fire, Water, Ice, Steel |
- Dark and Steel types added — Fairy does not exist yet
- Moves are Physical or Special based on type, not per move

Feebas Evolutions
What you see is what you get. Feebas sits outside any evolution chain, so focus on the egg moves and a decent partner pool from two egg groups. Eggs are average hatch time. View every chain in the Evolution Chart.
How to Evolve
Breeding
Breed Feebas easily with 27 breeding partners from the Dragon and Water1 egg groups. Pass egg moves like Confuse Ray, Dragon Breath, Hypnosis and 3 more to offspring.

Moves List
Without breeding, Feebas misses out on Confuse Ray and Dragon Breath. That's 6 egg moves adding depth that the base kit lacks. STAB comes from Surf and Dive, with Normal and Ice coverage and more rounding things out.
