You will socket your gear with a Amethyst in the Weapon, Sapphire in the Armor, Diamond in the Jewelry.
Stat Priority
You should first prioritize Damage to Crowd Controlled Enemies, and Secondly Damage to Slowed Enemies, after that the next best option is the Vulnerable Damage stat.
Paragon Board
You will use the Legendary Flesh-eater, Wither, Scent of Death Paragon Boards and within those boards, you will use the Control (Necromancer), Blood-drinker, Scourge, Territorial (Necromancer), Darkness Glyphs.
