Red & Blue Lavender Town
A somber memorial town beneath the haunted Pokemon Tower, where Mr. Fuji gives the Poke Flute and the Name Rater renames your Pokemon.
Lavender Town is in Kanto, with Route 10 to the north, Route 12 to the south, and the entrance to Pokémon Tower. In the story it comes after Rock Tunnel and continues west to Route 8.

No. These games have no rematch system at all, so once you beat a Leader or a trainer that fight is finished for good. There's no farming the same opponents for cash or experience. Wild Pokemon and the Elite Four, which you can re-challenge, are your only repeatable battles.
