Team Rocket's revival climaxes here, where the executives hijack the airwaves trying to summon a Giovanni who never answers. Petrel even poses as the tower's director until you unmask him and shut the broadcast down.
Radio Tower is in Johto, with Goldenrod City to the south. In the story it comes after Team Rocket HQ and before Route 44.
