Viktor Counters Classic 26.22

Rank raises how much attack speed Rapid Fire hands over, and you get seven seconds of it to work inside. Burn one clearing a wave and the trade you actually wanted opens with nothing running under it.

Buster Shot lands on one enemy and shifts whoever stands around him too, so where the fight happens changes along with the damage. That cannon returns once a minute, so plan on one press of it per fight and no more.

Viktor is still losing health once you have broken off, because Explosive Shot rends for five seconds off a single cast. The same press hangs Grievous Wounds on him, so any healing he reaches for lands short. Rocket Jump slows whatever stands where it drops, and he clears that patch slower than you did.

Chill has to land before Frostbite is worth pressing. Flash Frost carries that chill through everything it passes, then explodes once at the far end of its flight, or sooner if Anivia takes the recast. A second of stun sits in that explosion. Ranking it up shortens the wait between spheres.

Crystallize opens from further out than Anivia ever needs to stand, so the wall can arrive behind Viktor while she is nowhere near him. Every rank makes it wider. Her wall comes back every twenty-five seconds, so throwing it early leaves the trade that follows without one.

Standing under Glacial Storm, Viktor loses a fifth of his attack speed and a fifth of his movement while the hail damages him each second. Anything the storm has chilled takes Frostbite for its larger number. Rebirth covers a trade gone wrong, though the egg has to survive six seconds before Anivia is back.
