Base Stats
Kleavor's all-in on Attack at the expense of Sp. Atk. The physical lean is obvious from the bars. Yields 3 Attack EVs and follows a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
A violent creature that fells towering trees with its crude axes and shields itself with hard stone. If one should chance upon this Pokémon in the wilds, one’s only recourse is to flee.
Kleavor Guide
Don't let Kleavor's 500 base stat total fool you. Sheer Force is what makes it tick. It punches way above its weight class. We rate it B-Tier as a wallbreaker.
Kleavor's biggest threats include Gyarados (Water), Aerodactyl (Rock), and Metagross (Steel), all carrying super-effective STAB moves.
Run Sheer Force on Kleavor. It's the ability that defines how you build around it and the main reason it holds a competitive niche. Kleavor also gets Swarm and Sharpness, but they don't compare.
Kleavor fills the wallbreaker role. It's a physical attacker with base 135 Attack. Base 85 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. And it's enough bulk to take a hit or two.
The core moveset is Stoneaxe, Xscissor, U Turn, and Close Combat. Stoneaxe leads at 0% usage. This set covers the wallbreaker role with a mix of damage and utility.
Game Availability
Introduced in Sword & Shield, Kleavor has appeared in 3 games across 3 generations. Later debuts mean fewer total appearances, but it's been a consistent presence since its introduction.
