FRLG Vaporeon Best Moveset
130 HP and 110 Sp. Atk create one of the bulkiest special Water attackers available. AbilityWater Absorb heals HP from Water moves, shutting down opposing Water strategies entirely. MoveSurf for Water TermStab and MoveIce Beam for coverage from the special side. The moveset blocks Water attacks and fires back hard.
