- When should I use the Fire Stone on Growlithe?
Wait until Growlithe reaches Lv. 43 before using the Fire Stone. Evolving earlier permanently locks Growlithe out of Take Down, Flame Wheel, and Agility, moves Arcanine cannot relearn.
