Pt Bayleef Best Moveset
80 in both Defense and Sp. Def improves the defensive profile, but 63 Sp. Atk at 60 Speed still can't threaten anything the moveset needs to beat. Meganium is the improvement.

Moves List
Don't skip the egg moves. Bayleef picks up Ancient Power and Aromatherapy only through breeding, and both fill gaps the natural movepool can't. STAB runs through Leaf Storm and Solar Beam while Normal and Steel coverage and more adds range.
