Sejuani Counters Classic 26.22
Both of Sejuani's ways into a fight are aimed lines you can sidestep, Arctic Assault to knock you up and Glacial Prison to stun. Stand apart so the bola catches one of you instead of the group, and the only crowd control left is a slow.
The play Once Arctic Assault lands on your frontline, Sejuani is standing in your damage with no way out.

How to Counter Sejuani in LoL Classic
Counter guideSejuani collects bonus Armor from every hit she lands. Morgana, Soraka and Heimerdinger each deal magic damage with every button that hurts, all of it from range.
Black Shield hands Morgana a tilt, Infuse hands Soraka a tilt of her own, and turret fire gives Heimerdinger an edge worth respecting. Other names on the board hold that same grade.
Playing Morgana into Sejuani
Black Shield refuses Disables, and it goes on whoever Sejuani is coming for.

Frost hands Sejuani bonus Armor every time she damages an enemy. Everything on your side of the lane is magic:
Dark Binding,
Tormented Soil,
Soul Shackles. Tormented Soil is the one that compounds, because anyone who stays on the cursed patch loses magic resist again each second, and it burns for five.
Put Black Shield on the ally standing in front of Sejuani, then read what spends it.
Arctic Assault and
Flail of the Northern Winds both deal magic damage, so both drain the barrier, and it refuses Disables only while it holds. Shield too early and
Glacial Prison lands on a barrier already gone.
Soul Shackles takes a fifth off her speed for three seconds, then stuns whoever stayed close, and Sejuani carries a reply: Frost cuts movement-slowing effects on her, and one hit on an enemy is all that switches it on. Save your longest cooldown for a fight she cannot simply walk out of.
