Diablo 4 Iron Maiden

The Diablo 4 Iron Maiden is a Physical Damage Curse Necromancer Skill. You can upgrade to Enhanced Iron Maiden, and then the last upgrade you will choose between Abhorrent Iron Maiden or Horrid Iron Maiden.

Enhanced

Iron Maiden no longer costs Essence. Instead, gain 5 Essence for each enemy Cursed. Does not work with enemies who are already Cursed with Iron Maiden.

Abhorrent

Heal for 7% of your Maximum Life when an enemy dies while afflicted with Iron Maiden.

Horrid

When at least 3 enemies are afflicted by Iron Maiden, its damage is increased by 20%.

Best Aspects To Use with Iron Maiden

The best aspects to use with Iron Maiden skill in D4 is Aspect of the Damned, which is a Offensive Aspect and can only be used on Gloves, Offhand, 1H Weapon, 2H Weapon (+100%), Ring, Amulet (+50%) Equipment Slots.
