The Hakan's Refuge Dungeon is located in Kehjistan, and after you complete will unlock the Relentless Berserker's Aspect. You will encounter Skeletons and Snakes Monsters and should be able to clear Hakan's Refuge at a speed.

Since the Hakan's Refuge Dungeon is filled with Skeletons and Snakes you will see an increased drop rate of Crossbow, Shield, Sword, 2H Polearm, Dagger Equipment.

You can find the location of Hakan's Refuge within the Southern Expanse in Kehjistan. After completing the Hakan's Refuge, you will unlock the Relentless Berserker's Aspect.
