Diablo 4 Forgotten Ruins

The Forgotten Ruins Dungeon is located in Kehjistan, and after you complete will unlock the Iron Blood Aspect. You will encounter Skeletons, Snakes Monsters and should be able to clear Forgotten Ruins at a speed. You can also finish the A Wolf's Honor Side Quest within this Dungeon.

Forgotten Ruins Item Drops

Since the Forgotten Ruins Dungeon is filled with Skeletons, Snakes you will see an increased drop rate of Crossbow, Shield, Sword, 2H Polearm, Dagger Equipment.

Forgotten Ruins Location

You can find the location of Forgotten Ruins within the Ragged Coastline in Kehjistan. After completing the Forgotten Ruins, you will unlock the Iron Blood Aspect.
