Diablo 4 Flooded Depths
The Flooded Depths Dungeon is located in Scosglen, and after you complete will unlock the Aspect of Empowering Reaper. You will encounter Drowned Monsters and should be able to clear Flooded Depths at a speed.
Flooded Depths Item Drops
Since the Flooded Depths Dungeon is filled with Drowned you will see an increased drop rate of Scythe, Pants Equipment.

Flooded Depths Location
You can find the location of Flooded Depths within the Hope's Light in Scosglen. This dungeon is not accessible until you cleanse out the evil in Hope's Light. After completing the Flooded Depths, you will unlock the Aspect of Empowering Reaper.
