Functional but unexceptional. 85 Attack at 77 Speed fires Normal TermStab on moderate cooldowns, and 60/69/69 defenses survive a few exchanges. The moveset delivers basic combat performance. No Mega access, no evolution, and nothing that distinguishes it from better Normal-type options.
Analytic boosted moves when moving last in Gen V (Black & White). 85 Attack at 77 Speed often moved last. The boost helped but the stats didn't.

An unusually even spread gives Watchog flexibility. Attack barely edges ahead. But HP isn't far off. Easy to catch and follows a medium-fast 1M XP curve. Yields 2 Attack EVs.
