Koga stands in plain view just north of the Fuchsia Gym door, but invisible walls box him in, so you loop round the whole gym.
- Walk east along the bottom of the gym to the far east wall, then head north up the outermost lane.
- Partway up, face the Juggler with three Drowzee and a Kadabra, whose gaze covers both lanes of the corridor, so this fight cannot be dodged.
- Keep north to the top wall and follow it all the way west.
- At the west end, wind south down the narrow west lane, where the Juggler with Drowzee and Hypno looks across the only path and battles you.
- Below him, turn east into Koga's room; both Tamers and the other Jugglers stand off this loop and never need a fight.
