      Welcome to our Pokemon Sun and Moon Evolution Chart. When a Pokemon reaches a specific level it will Evolve, this will change its form and sometimes even its elemental type. Leveling up will also enable your Mons to learn new moves.

      Leveling Up will also enable your Mons to learn new moves and become overall much stronger than before.

      Pokemon Evolution

      Below we have a list of Pokemon Sun and Moon Evolutions. We mentioned above that when you reach a certain level your Mon will evolve, this will not only change your Pokemon. Evolving will make your Pokemon significantly stronger. In some cases, Pokemon can even change their elemental type.

      The 3 Major Ways Pokemon Evolve

      In previous handheld poke games there were 3 ways to trigger a Pokemon Evolution. In their newest game you will Evolve your Pokemon Sun and Moon Pokemon using these methods.

      Leveling UP

      By far the easiest way to Evolve in Pokemon Sun and Moon is threw Leveling UP.

      At specifically set levels your Mons will Evolve into stronger and sometimes different elemental types of mons.

      Trading Evolution

      Pokemon Sun and Moon Evolution through Trading is possibly the most difficult of these.

      Simply trading will not evolve your Pokemon, certain requirements will need to be met to trigger an evolution.

      For example, when your trade Pokemon Go PorygonPorygon it will need to be Holding an item called Up-Grade to trigger the Porygon2 Pokemon GoPorygon2 Evolution.

      The Mood or Happiness of your Pokemon can also trigger their Evolution in Pokemon Sun and Moon.
