Base Stats
HP and Sp. Def carry most of Spritzee's stat budget. Speed's the obvious dump stat. Easy to catch and yields 1 HP EV. Follows a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
A scent pouch within this Pokémon’s body allows it to create various scents. A change in its diet will alter the fragrance it produces.
Spritzee Guide
Spritzee evolves into Aromatisse via trade. Trade needs a Game Boy Advance link cable and a second GBA running another Gen 3 game (FireRed, LeafGreen, Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald). Trade Spritzee to a friend, then have them trade it back. The 2026 Switch re-release supports the same trade through local wireless on the Pokemon Center 2F Wireless Club, with no cables required. The Sachet must be held during the trade. Bring one over from a sibling Gen 3 game if needed.
You can run Spritzee through the first few routes without issues. 341 BST won't carry you far though. Get it to Aromatisse as fast as you can.
Game Availability
Spritzee joined the series in X & Y and has been available in 6 titles so far. With 5 generations of appearances, it's established itself despite the later start.
