Mr. Mime Weakness
Type-wise, Mr. Mime takes extra damage from Poison, Ghost, and Steel. Dragon moves do nothing thanks to a full immunity. Filter reduces SE moves damage, further improving the defensive spread. Mr. Mime's special bulk (base 120 Sp.Def) helps absorb special-type weaknesses, though physical moves exploit the lower Defense.

Base Stats
Its pantomime skills are wonderful. You may become enraptured while watching it, but next thing you know, Mr. Mime has made a real wall.
It creates invisible walls with its pantomiming. If you don’t act impressed, it will attack you with a double slap!
Mr. Mime Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon Guide
At 460 BST, Mr. Mime is firmly in pre-evolution territory. Not competitive in its current form.
In Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, Mr. Mime's biggest threats include Gengar (Poison), Misdreavus (Ghost), and Scizor (Steel), all carrying super-effective STAB moves.
Mr. Mime gets Technician, Soundproof, and Filter. But Technician is the one that matters. It's the centerpiece of every viable set. Build around that.
In Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, Technician is the hidden ability. It strengthens moves of 60 base power or less to 1.5× their power. Worth hunting for if you want Mr. Mime to compete at a higher level.
Mr. Mime is a special attacker with base 100 Sp. Atk. Enough bulk to take a hit or two, too. Speed tells the real story. Base 90 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. Fits the pivot role.
