Platinum Trophy Garden

Mr. Backlot keeps a Trophy Garden out behind his Route 212 mansion, stocked with prize Pokemon. His butler swears a different special guest wanders the lawns each day.

Trophy Garden is in Sinnoh. In the story you arrive from Pokémon Mansion to the west and it comes before Celestic Town.

Pokemon Encounters

A collecting ground sits behind the Pokemon Mansion. A daily rotation drops rare babies into the grass, so Eevee, Ditto, Happiny, and a shifting cast all share the 5 percent slots. Pichu and Pikachu hold the steadier ground for an easy Pikachu line.

Trophy Garden Guide

  • The daily rare planted in the Trophy Garden appears at Level 22 in Platinum, up from the Level 16 and 18 of Diamond and Pearl. The 5 percent rate is unchanged, and Mr. Backlot's rotation still needs the National Pokedex.
