Do all of Crystal's caves still need Flash?

Mt. Mortar is the big change. Its halls were dark in Gold and Silver, but Crystal brightened them, so Flash is no longer needed to get through. Two caves still go pitch black, Dark Cave and Kanto's Rock Tunnel, and the move only works outdoors once you hold the Zephyr Badge.

Crystal Diglett's Cave

A long dark tunnel burrows beneath the hills between Route 2 and Pewter, packed wall to wall with Diglett and the occasional Dugtrio.

Diglett's Cave is in Kanto. In the story you arrive from Route 11 through its entrance and continue through its entrance to Route 2.

DIGLETT'S CAVE MAP

A short lit tunnel, Diglett's Cave bores straight from Route 2 to Route 11, no Flash and no puzzle to slow the quick shortcut toward Vermilion.
