Latios Weakness
Ice, Bug, Ghost, Dragon, Dark, and Fairy moves hit Latios for super-effective damage. 6 resistances give it solid defensive coverage on top of that. Levitate grants an additional Ground immunity, reshaping the matchup chart. Latios's special bulk (base 110 Sp.Def) helps absorb special-type weaknesses, though physical moves exploit the lower Defense.

In Sun & Moon, yes. Mega Latios hits 700 BST, a solid jump from the base 600. Hold the Mega Stone, trigger it in battle, and it lasts the whole fight. One Mega per team.
