How to Evolve
Breeding
Breed with Abomasnow to get Snover eggs easily using 45 partners from the Plant and Monster egg groups. Notable egg moves include Double-Edge, Growth, Leech Seed and 5 more.
BDSP Abomasnow Best Moveset
Dropped from A-tier as AbilitySnow Warning hail setting and 92/92 mixed offenses on Grass/Ice typing accumulated too many weaknesses. Fire, Fighting, Flying, Bug, Poison, Rock, and Steel all exploit the dual typing. The moveset runs mixed Grass and Ice TermStab in its own hail. D-tier because seven type weaknesses overwhelm what the offensive output provides.

With 7 weakness types, most competitive teams carry at least one counter.
Snow Warning is what you want on Abomasnow. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Soundproof) work on paper but Snow Warning is what makes Abomasnow worth using.
At base 60 Speed, it won't be moving first often. On offense, Abomasnow is a physical attacker with base 92 Attack. Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two.
