Toxicroak Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Guide
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, Dry Skin changes the entire equation for Toxicroak. The 490 BST doesn't tell the full story. Ranked C-Tier as an attacker. Drain Punch with Life Orb is the standard set.
Dry Skin is what you want on Toxicroak. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Anticipation, Poison Touch) work on paper but Dry Skin is what makes Toxicroak worth using.

For Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, the core moveset is Drain Punch, Sucker Punch, Swords Dance, and Poisonjab. Drain Punch leads at 0% usage. This set covers the attacker role with a mix of damage and utility.
