Psychic is a dangerous matchup for Toxicroak — quadruple damage means one hit can end things. On the flip side, it resists 6 types, so the defensive profile isn't all bad. Dry Skin helps compensate. Known as the Toxic Mouth Pokemon.
The stat budget goes to damage. Attack and Sp. Atk carry the offense, Defense doesn't even come close. A Toxic Mouth Pokemon on a medium-fast 1M XP curve, worth 2 Attack EVs per KO.
It has a poison sac at its throat. When it croaks, the stored poison is churned for greater potency.
Its knuckle claws secrete a toxin so vile that even a scratch could prove fatal.
Toxicroak Weakness
AvgType-wise, Toxicroak takes extra damage from Psychic, Ground, and Flying. Watch out for Psychic attacks, those deal 4x damage. With 6 resistances, the defensive profile is strong. Dry Skin grants an additional Water immunity, reshaping the matchup chart. Toxicroak leans offensive (base 106 Atk) rather than trying to tank its weaknesses.
Evolved from Croagunk. Toxicroak is the final form in this two-stage line. No compatible partners for breeding via one egg group. Eggs are average hatch time. Attack grew the most through evolution (+45 over Croagunk), and Toxicroak peaks at 490 total stats.
How to Evolve
Breed with Toxicroak to get Croagunk eggs easily from the Humanshape egg group. Notable egg moves include Acupressure, Bullet Punch, Counter and 12 more.
Poisontouch helps Toxicroak stick around while dealing real damage. Assault Vest for a special bulk boost with no status moves allowed, max Attack and Speed EVs for the right balance, and Drain Punch as the main threat. Not the fastest, but it doesn't need to be.

Breeding's the move. Acupressure and Bullet Punch give Toxicroak options it can't learn any other way, and coverage across 7 types already covers a decent range on top of Belch and Focus Blast. The egg moves push it further.

Step 2Toxicroak ✓
Dry Skin changes the entire equation for Toxicroak. The 490 BST doesn't tell the full story. Ranked C-Tier as an attacker.
