Exeggutor Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Guide
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, Chlorophyll changes the entire equation for Exeggutor. The 530 BST doesn't tell the full story. Ranked C-Tier as a wallbreaker. Sleep Powder with Custapberry is the standard set.
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, watch for Pinsir (Bug), Arcanine (Fire), and Lapras (Ice) when using Exeggutor. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Pinsir is the most dangerous since Bug moves deal 4x damage. Poison, Flying, Ghost, and Dark-type attackers are also a problem. With 7 weakness types, most competitive teams carry at least one counter.
Chlorophyll is what you want on Exeggutor. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Harvest) work on paper but Chlorophyll is what makes Exeggutor worth using.
At base 55 Speed, it won't be moving first often. On offense, Exeggutor is a special attacker with base 125 Sp. Atk. Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two. Best used as a wallbreaker.
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, run Sleep Powder, Energy Ball, Psyshock, and Hiddenpowerfire on Exeggutor. Sleep Powder is the most common pick at 0% usage. Psyshock provides reliable STAB damage.
