Audino appears wild in Hoenn and serves as an XP battery in grass encounters. ORAS gives it a brand-new Mega Evolution adding Fairy typing and AbilityHealer. Mega Audino is a defensive support Pokemon, not a damage dealer. More useful than base Audino, but still niche.

No evolution chain to worry about here. Audino is a standalone Pokemon with a decent partner pool for breeding through one egg group. Eggs come out average hatch time. View every chain in the Evolution Chart.

Moves List
STAB runs through Hyper Beam and Last Resort for the basics, but Audino's real strength is the 13-type coverage spread. Fairy and Ice hit common defensive types, and the movepool keeps going.

Audino Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Guide
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, Don't let Audino's 445 base stat total fool you. Regenerator is what makes it tick. It punches way above its weight class. We rate it C-Tier. Healing Wish with Leftovers is the standard set.
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, yes. Mega Audino hits 545 BST, a solid jump from the base 445. Hold the Mega Stone, trigger it in battle, and it lasts the whole fight. One Mega per team.
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, watch for Hitmonlee (Fighting) when using Audino. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Only 1 weakness means fewer dedicated counters to worry about.
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, Run Regenerator on Audino. It's the ability that defines how you build around it and the main reason it holds a competitive niche. Audino also gets Healer and Klutz, but they don't compare.
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, Audino fills the balanced role. It's a mixed attacker with base 60 Attack and 60 Sp. Atk. Base 50 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. And it's enough bulk to take a hit or two.
Game Availability
Audino first appeared in Black & White and spans 8 games across 6 generations. It later gained a Mega form in Generation 6, adding new dimensions to its competitive identity.
