Stats & Training
Audino's spread favors balanced defenses over offense. HP leads the defensive side, Speed eats the cost. Yields 2 HP EVs per defeat. Fast 800K XP curve to level.
Using the feelers on its ears, it can tell how someone is feeling or when an egg might hatch.
It touches others with the feelers on its ears, using the sound of their heartbeats to tell how they are feeling.
Audino Weakness
Audino's Normal typing leaves it vulnerable to Fighting. It shrugs off Ghost-type attacks completely. With 103 HP and balanced defenses, Audino can afford to eat a neutral hit or two.

X & Y Evolution
No evolution chain to worry about here. Audino is a standalone Pokemon with a decent partner pool for breeding through one egg group. Eggs come out average hatch time. View every chain in the Evolution Chart.
How to Evolve
Breeding
Breed Audino easily with 47 breeding partners from the Fairy egg group. Pass egg moves like Amnesia, Bestow, Draining Kiss and 8 more to offspring.
X & Y Audino Best Moveset
Leftovers and Regenerator form the backbone. Audino invests HP-heavy investment EVs to play its defensive wall role properly, and Relaxed nature pushes Defense higher. Healing Wish handles the heavy lifting on offense. The remaining moves rounds it out.

STAB runs through Hyper Beam and Last Resort for the basics, but Audino's real strength is the 11-type coverage spread. Ice and Electric hit common defensive types, and the movepool keeps going.

Best Locations to Catch Audino in X & Y
Audino Guide
In X & Y, Don't let Audino's 445 base stat total fool you. Regenerator is what makes it tick. It punches way above its weight class. We rate it C-Tier. Healing Wish with Leftovers is the standard set.
In X & Y, yes. Mega Audino hits 545 BST, a solid jump from the base 445. Hold the Mega Stone, trigger it in battle, and it lasts the whole fight. One Mega per team.
In X & Y, watch for Hitmonlee (Fighting) when using Audino. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Only 1 weakness means fewer dedicated counters to worry about.
In X & Y, Run Regenerator on Audino. It's the ability that defines how you build around it and the main reason it holds a competitive niche. Audino also gets Healer and Klutz, but they don't compare.
In X & Y, Audino fills the balanced role. It's leaning toward the physical side (base 60 Attack). Base 50 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. And it's enough bulk to take a hit or two.
Game Availability
Audino first appeared in Black & White and spans 8 games across 6 generations. It later gained a Mega form in Generation 6, adding new dimensions to its competitive identity.
