The Request for Shaymin Sky is called, A Token of Gratitude. During the request, you will receive the Gracidea, this is used to change Shaymin's form into it's Sky Forme.

Requirements: Must have Save Game Data of Pokemon Sword or Shield on Nintendo Switch.
After viewing the game’s end credits (Post Game - Completed Main Story), head to Jubilife Village, where you can accept a Research Request for Shaymin.
Travel to Floaro Gardens, located in Obsidian Fieldlands, here you will encounter Shaymin and can battle and catch it.
