Skyview Tower	How To Unlock
Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower	Burn the plants near the Necluda that are blocking the door. If it's raining, wait until it stops or the rain will put out your fire right away. You can wait for the rain to stop by sitting at a campfire. Once the plants are gone, you can go into the tower.
Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower	The Necluda door is jammed and won't open. To get in, go to Sahasra Slope Cave nearby. You can get inside the cave by breaking the rocks that are in the way. Once you're in the cave deep enough, you can use Ascend on the roof. You'll pop out on the other side, which if doen correctly should be inside the tower. Get rid of the Long Sticks that are jamming the door. Once the door is open, talk to Billson who is just outside the door. He'll fix the control panel for you.
