ORAS Serperior Best Moveset
AbilityContrary reverses all stat changes, making MoveLeaf Storm boost Sp. Atk by +2 instead of dropping it. 113 Speed fires Grass TermStab that gets stronger with every use. The moveset earns S-tier because Contrary Leaf Storm creates self-boosting offense that accelerates instead of weakening.

Don't skip the egg moves. Serperior picks up Captivate and Glare only through breeding, and both fill gaps the natural movepool can't. STAB runs through Frenzy Plant and Leaf Storm while coverage across 8 types adds range.

Serperior Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Guide
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, Serperior looks average on paper at 528 BST. But Contrary is why it sees play. Build around that and it pulls its weight. A-Tier pivot on our tier list. Leaf Storm with Leftovers is the standard set.
Serperior gets Contrary and Overgrow. But Contrary is the one that matters. It's the centerpiece of every viable set. Build around that.
Serperior is a special attacker with base 75 Sp. Atk. Enough bulk to take a hit or two, too. Speed tells the real story. Base 113 Speed lets it outrun most of the field. Fits the pivot role.
For Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, Serperior has answers, but so do you. Super-effective STAB from faster Pokemon is the simplest answer. Fire, Ice, and Poison-type attackers hit hardest.
