USUM Gliscor Best Moveset
AbilityPoison Heal turns poison into recovery, healing 12.5%% of max HP every turn when poisoned instead of taking damage. Ground/Flying with 125 Defense and only Ice and Water weaknesses. MoveRoost adds more healing. The moveset holds S-tier through the most sustainable defensive profile in the format, recovering health every turn while absorbing physical hits indefinitely.

In Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, Poison Heal changes the entire equation for Gliscor. The 510 BST doesn't tell the full story. Ranked B-Tier as a pivot. Earthquake with Toxic Orb is the standard set.
Poison Heal is what you want on Gliscor. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Hyper Cutter, Sand Veil) work on paper but Poison Heal is what makes Gliscor worth using.
Base 95 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. On offense, Gliscor is a physical attacker with base 95 Attack. Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two. Best used as a pivot.
For Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, the core moveset is Earthquake, Roost, Defog, and Toxic. Earthquake leads at 0% usage. Earthquake provides reliable STAB damage.
