Primarina's special bulk (base 116 Sp.Def) helps absorb special-type weaknesses, though physical moves exploit the lower Defense.

How to Evolve
Breed with Primarina to get Popplio eggs easily from the Ground and Water1 egg groups. Notable egg moves include Amnesia, Aqua Ring, Aromatic Mist and 3 more.
Primarina's locked into one move per switch-in with Choice Specs, trading flexibility for boosted special damage with move lock. Moonblast is the go-to spam option, with double STAB keeping switch-ins honest.
