How To Get Starter Pokemon in Pokemon Legends Arceus

After completing the game and watching the ending credits, return to Jubilife Town and head to the Galactic Hall. Once you are inside, talk with the Professor, he will be next to the request board. When you speak with him, he will give you the other two starting Pokemon that you didn't choose at the start of the game.
